To make a return request, please contact us. You will receive an email within 24 hours with the return instructions and the return label.
Items must be returned within 30 days in perfect condition, unworn, in their original and complete packaging (box and warranty certificate).Items returned incomplete, damaged, modified or damaged will not be taken back. In particular, products which show scratches, even discreet ones, will not be taken back.
Products made to measure at the customer’s request, resized and engraved products cannot be returned.
Once the return has been validated, you will have the option to request a size change, an exchange, a credit, or a refund.
Refunds will be made on the original form of payment and will be processed within 15 business days of return.
